Citroen has launched its new Collection trim level across three electric models – the e-C3, e-C3 Aircross, and e-C4. The French automaker hasn’t revealed pricing yet but says order books open April 1.

Built on the mid-level Plus specification, the Collection trim adds “carefully selected equipment to offer customers more whilst keeping costs under control,” according to Citroen.

The most noticeable change is the addition of Infra Red color clips. The e-C3 and e-C3 Aircross get them on front bumpers and rear quarter panels, while the e-C4 features them on rear side skirts.

Wheels and Exterior Updates

Wheel sizes vary across the range – the e-C3 and e-C3 Aircross Collection models come with 17-inch Aragonite alloy wheels. The larger e-C4 gets 18-inch Amber pattern wheels instead.

All three models feature tinted rear windows as standard.

The two-tone roof treatment differs between models. It’s optional on the e-C3 and e-C3 Aircross but comes standard on the e-C4.

The Aircross gets some unique touches that set it apart from its smaller sibling. It features ‘Aircross’ lettering on the bottom of the front doors and a gradient-pattern sticker on the rear B-pillar.

Color options vary by model. The e-C3 and e-C3 Aircross are available in Mercury Grey, Elixir Red, Bright Blue, Banquise White, and Perla Black Nera. The e-C4 Collection comes in Perla Nera Black, Mercury Grey, Eclipse Blue, and Okenite White.

Urban Blue Interior Theme

Inside, all Collection models feature a dedicated Urban Blue interior color scheme.

In the e-C3 models, this blue treatment appears on seat cushions, backrest centers, fabric dashboard sections, and armrests. The e-C4 takes it further – the Urban Blue extends across entire seats and door panels.

The e-C4 also borrows its dashboard design from the range-topping Max trim. This features a texture pattern based on Citroen’s chevron logo.

Each model gets specific Collection doormats. The e-C3 and e-C3 Aircross versions have Infra Red topstitching with the model name, while the e-C4’s mats feature a dedicated Collection logo.

Tech Features

Technology upgrades focus on convenience features. The e-C3 Collection adds a reversing camera and electric rear windows – features not available on lower trims.

The e-C3 Aircross Collection becomes the first trim in that model’s lineup to offer hands-free start capability.

Battery Specs and Range

Battery configurations remain unchanged from other trim levels in each model’s range.

The e-C3 uses a 44kWh battery pack that delivers up to 199 miles of range. Both the e-C3 Aircross long range and e-C4 feature larger 54kWh batteries.

The Aircross achieves up to 250 miles on a single charge, while the e-C4’s range varies from 219 to 261 miles depending on wheel and equipment combinations.
