Jeep has confirmed its Avenger Electric crossover is now available from £28,499 following the UK Government’s £1,500 Electric Car Grant. The pricing represents a reduction across the lineup for Stellantis’ smallest electric vehicle.

The compact crossover delivers 154bhp and offers up to 248 miles of range from its 53kWh battery pack.

Rapid charging capability allows the battery to charge from 20-80% in 24 minutes using a 100kW charger.

Three Trim Levels Available

The Jeep Avenger Electric lineup includes three variants – all qualifying for the grant program. The entry-level Longitude starts at £28,499, while the mid-spec Altitude begins at £30,499.

The range-topping Summit carries a £32,499 price tag.

Standard equipment across all models includes keyless go, all-terrain mode selector, and hill descent control. Rain-sensing wipers and rear parking sensors come fitted as standard.

Interior features include six speakers and a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.

The Longitude and Altitude models ride on 16-inch wheels. Summit variants get 18-inch wheels, LED lighting packages, and enhanced driver assistance systems including a 180-degree rear-view camera and 360-degree sensors.

Winter Package Included

Summit models include the £350 Winter Pack at no additional cost. The package adds heated seats, wiper de-icer, and velour carpets.

The Avenger Electric shares its Stellantis e-CMP2 platform with the Fiat 600e. Both models now cost less than their petrol-powered equivalents following the grant introduction.

Kris Cholmondeley, Jeep UK managing director, addressed the pricing announcement:

“We are big fans of driving electric at Jeep and the electric Avenger has been a popular choice for our customers.”

He noted the previous price parity between electric and petrol automatic variants.

“Now with the Government’s Electric Car Grant, the electric variant is cheaper on a PCP than its petrol equivalent, and that’s before you factor in the savings on electricity versus petrol costs.”

The executive emphasized the model’s versatility for daily use – whether in urban environments or for weekend adventures that align with Jeep’s exploration heritage.

The Avenger Electric represents Jeep’s entry point into the UK electric crossover market, competing directly with established models in the compact SUV segment.
