Lunaz has unveiled an all-electric Rolls-Royce Phantom V restomod with a price tag exceeding £1m for this seven-seat luxury conversion.

The Silverstone-based company invested 5,500 hours of re-engineering work into the project. More than 11,000 components were replaced or reworked during the conversion process.

Technical specifications remain limited, but Lunaz confirmed the restomod uses an 80kWh battery pack. The company expects CCS fast-charging capability and approximately 200 miles of range – similar to other Lunaz conversions.

Interior Modernization

The cabin blends original Rolls-Royce luxury with contemporary technology. Lunaz preserved the walnut wood trim and leather appointments while adding modern conveniences.

New features include "whisper-quiet" climate control, USB charging ports, and a privacy screen for rear passengers.

An on-board whisky bar serves parched occupants during longer journeys.

Additional tech upgrades feature satellite navigation, wifi connectivity, and a discrete infotainment screen for passengers. The front compartment retains toggle switches, original dials, and the three-spoke steering wheel from the ICE version – manufactured between 1959 and 1968.

Exterior Design

Lunaz left the Phantom V’s exterior unchanged from the original design. This particular build features deep metallic blue paint with chrome bumpers, grille, wheels, and wing mirrors maintaining the classic aesthetic.

David Lorenz, Lunaz founder, said the conversion creates something unprecedented:

“There’s never been a Rolls-Royce Phantom V like this, created to mark a century, it has been remastered to outlast the next.”

The company’s current lineup includes electric conversions of several British classics. Available models feature the Range Rover Classic, Aston Martin DB6, Bentley Continental S, Rolls-Royce Phantom, and Jaguar XK.

Lunaz reported a 150% increase in demand for its vehicles in early 2025. The company continues focusing on high-end classic car electrification for collectors seeking zero-emission luxury vehicles.
