Porsche secured a historic double at London’s ExCeL Centre, claiming both the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ World Championships in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. The Stuttgart-based manufacturer completed its collection of major honors in electric racing.

The TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team clinched the Teams’ title following the season finale. Porsche also won the Manufacturers’ crown thanks to strong performances from its factory team and customer outfits Andretti Formula E and Cupra Kiro.

Pascal Wehrlein played a key role in securing the championship. The outgoing world champion finished third in Sunday’s race and recorded fastest lap – points that helped seal the title for Porsche.

This adds to Porsche’s electric racing success after Wehrlein captured last season’s Drivers’ Championship.

“This is a hugely proud moment for everyone at Weissach. To bring home both the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ World Championships is the result of years of commitment, development and teamwork.”

Factory support proved decisive throughout the season. Customer team Andretti claimed multiple podiums while Cupra Kiro contributed valuable points in key rounds.

The combined effort created an insurmountable lead in the Manufacturers’ standings despite a challenge from Nissan.

Championship Recognition

Porsche extended congratulations to Nissan’s Oliver Rowland on winning the 2025 Formula E Drivers’ World Championship. Rowland’s consistency this season was enough to clinch the title ahead of Wehrlein and Nick Cassidy – despite missing the podium in the final round.

With Formula E entering a new technological era in 2026, Porsche’s triumph establishes its status as one of the sport’s leading innovators. The manufacturer combined German engineering with race-day execution across multiple teams to secure both championships.
