Renault has launched its E-Tech Event offering £1,000 discounts on Megane and Scenic electric vehicles through March 3, 2025.
The French automaker’s promotion builds on its E-Tech range’s 77% sales growth in 2023. Customers can combine the £1,000 discount with existing PCP finance contributions up to £3,000.
The entry-level Scenic Techno trim is available for £299 monthly with 2.9% APR over four years, requiring a £5,369 deposit.
For the Megane, Renault offers:
- 0% APR over 48 months
- No minimum deposit requirement
- £279 monthly payments with £5,632 customer deposit and £2,500 Renault contribution
- Alternative £388 monthly plan with £388 deposit
The promotion extends to Renault’s hybrid lineup including the Clio, Captur, Symbioz, Arkana, Austral and Rafale models.
Renault joins other manufacturers offering EV discounts in early 2025. Volkswagen recently announced savings up to £10,000 on its ID.5 when purchased through PCP financing, with minimum £1,000 discounts across its ID range.
2025 marks a significant year for Renault’s electric lineup. The Renault 5 supermini recently debuted in the UK with 200 units delivered before its spring sales launch. Its performance variant, the Alpine A290, made its first UK appearance at the F1 75 Live event, driven by Alpine F1 driver Pierre Gasly.
The revived Renault 4 will join the EV range later in 2025, followed by an all-electric Twingo in 2026.
“The E-Tech Event demonstrates our commitment to making electric vehicles more accessible,” a Renault spokesperson said.
