Skoda Peaq Interior Revealed Days Before Official Launch

Skoda Peaq Interior Revealed Days Before Official Launch image

Skoda has revealed the interior of its upcoming seven-seat Peaq EV, just days before the official launch on June 23, 2026.

New design sketches show the Czech automaker’s all-electric flagship adopts a clean design with a focus on passenger needs.

“Skoda puts the customer at the centre, designing a seamless user experience that connects the usability of the physical seven-seat interior with the digital experience around it, ensuring intuitive interaction and reducing complexity,” explained Chan Park, the brand’s head of UX and interior design.

The Peaq features Skoda’s first vertical infotainment screen – similar to Volvo’s setup. The floating center console keeps things tidy while physical controls return for climate, audio, and other vehicle functions.

Skoda says the armrests support use of the vertical display. Built-in magnetic wireless charging keeps smartphones powered up.

The interior focuses on Skoda’s practical approach – combining comfortable materials with finishes that’re easy to maintain.

Market Position

The Peaq sits at the top of Skoda’s EV lineup. It’ll be positioned above the entry-level Epiq and current models like the Elroq and Enyaq.

Pricing starts around £46,000 when it arrives.

The seven-seat SUV will compete directly with the Peugeot E-5008, Mercedes GLB, and Kia EV9.

Skoda released exterior sketches earlier this month. The Peaq becomes the second model designed with the brand’s ‘Modern Solid’ design language – first introduced on last year’s Elroq.

The exterior features T-shaped headlights connected by a frame-like loop. This design element comes from the Skoda Vision O concept.

Karl Neuhold, Skoda’s exterior design chief, calls the look “timeless.”
