Citroen has launched the new e-Berlingo Collection to celebrate 30 years of its popular small van. The Berlingo has sold over 4.2 million units across 90 countries since arriving in 1996.

The Collection trim replaces the entry-level Plus variant and adds equipment inside and out.

Anniversary Features and Design Updates

The e-Berlingo Collection gets special ’30’ anniversary badges on the front pillar. Other exterior upgrades include 16-inch black Chaves alloy wheels and tinted windows.

Citroen offers four paint options: Icy White, Kiama Blue, Cumulus Grey and Perla Nera Black.

A 180-degree rear-view camera comes standard to help with parking and maneuvering.

Interior Technology and Comfort

Inside, the Collection features a 10-inch central touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The digital driver’s display replaces traditional gauges.

Comfort upgrades include a heated leather steering wheel and Citroen’s Advanced Comfort seats – designed to reduce fatigue on longer drives.

The passenger version keeps three individual second-row seats that move and fold independently.

These seats can be removed completely – turning the e-Berlingo Collection into a cargo van when needed.

Electric Performance and Pricing

The e-Berlingo Collection uses a 54kWh battery pack that provides up to 213 miles of range on a single charge.

The five-seat version starts at £32,490, or £30,990 after the £1,500 Electric Car Grant. The seven-seat e-Berlingo XL also qualifies for the government discount.

Citroen has extended the Collection trim to its e-C3 and e-C4 models as well. According to Citroen, this approach lets the company “offer customers more while keeping costs under control” by focusing on affordability, comfort and value.

The Electric Car Grant applies across Citroen’s EV lineup. Besides the e-C3, e-C4 and e-Berlingo, the e-C3 Aircross and flagship e-C5 Aircross also get the £1,500 discount.

Citroen’s electric future includes more than current models. Parent company Stellantis recently announced plans to revive the iconic 2CV as a £15,000 EV by 2028.
